14th Annual Andy Mattison “Big Strong” Memorial Golf Tournament

On Monday June 22nd, 2009, the Mattison family, Ashley Spencer, and Raider Express lost a family member. Andrew Neil Mattison passed away suddenly while playing Softball, the results of his death were revealed to be Natural Causes. Andy was a great loving father to two sons, he was the best friend anyone could ever ask for, and a loyal and hardworking employee. His loss will be forever felt by everyone who got the chance of meeting such an amazing man.

We are having our 14th Annual Andy Mattison “Big Strong” Memorial Golf tournament on Saturday March 26th, 2022, at Champions Golf Course in Ft. Worth, TX. We have setup a website with all the information about the tournaments and Andy.

We are asking for sponsors of all kinds. You can sponsor just the Softball Tournament or just the Golf Tournament or both. If you would like to be the sole sponsor of one of the events that is available as well, let us know and we can give you pricing (Pricing information is listed below). If you are just looking to donate to one of the two raffles or just make a monetary donation that is fine as well. All donations / sponsors are more than welcome and GREATLY appreciated.

All the proceeds will go to the two funds that are in Andy’s name. One is a trust fund that is set up for his two sons and the other is a scholarship fund setup with Decatur High School (*). You can specify which fund you would like the funds to go to if you would like.

For the Golf Tournament:

  • Hole Sponsorship Available:
    • We put your logo, web site, anything that you want on the sign that we provide. 
    • The price for tee box sponsorship is $250.
    •  If you want to sponsor the entire hole, that is tee box and flag stick it’s $450.
  • Beverage Cart sponsorship Available:
    • Pricing of $1500. 
  • Lunch Sponsorship Available:
    • You will get a banner with your name and logo thanking you for the lunch.  Mention in all the advertising and announcements, as well name and logo on the shirts.
    • Pricing of $2000.    
  • If you would like to be a TITLE SPONSOR and get your name on the golf shirts that we are selling and giving away, please let me know.  You will get your name/ logo/ website on the sleeve of the shirts that price $3500.  Also, included in this is 5 signs and placement of a banner
  • All these golf sponsors will get your name on the back of the T-Shirts. 
  • We are also accepting donations for the gift bags that we are giving to all the golfers.  If your company would like to donate sleeves of golf balls, tees, divot tools, etc. those donations are more than welcome
